Presto X BonusLink Year End Bonanza Lucky Draw Campaign Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Presto X BonusLink Year End Bonanza Lucky Draw (“Campaign”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions upon participation in the Campaign. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Terms & Conditions

Presto X BonusLink Year End Bonanza Lucky Draw (“Campaign”) is organized by Presto Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).

The Campaign is open to participants who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid and verified Presto account, registered via the Presto App or Presto webstore;
  • Are a Malaysian citizen aged eighteen (18) years old and above during the Campaign Period; and
  • Are a registered BonusLink Member, or register for a BonusLink Membership and successfully link it to their Presto account via the Presto App by 31 December 2026 to be eligible for the Lucky Draw. BonusLink account linking can only be performed via the Presto App.
  • The campaign will be effective from 12:00:00 AM on Monday, 1 June 2026, to 11:59:59 PM on Thursday, 31 December 2026.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and where reasonably necessary.

This Campaign is exclusively applicable to purchases made at the Presto Direct Store, accessible via the Presto mobile application (“Presto App”) or the Presto webstore. All qualifying transactions must be completed through either of these official Presto channels during the Campaign Period.

a. Prizes

By earning entries during the Campaign Period, Members will automatically be considered for participation in a lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”). The total prize pool is worth RM20,000. The prizes are as follows:

b. Eligible Participants

To be eligible for the Campaign, Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details registered with BonusLink and Presto are accurate and up to date.

This can be done on the Presto App Account Settings or BonusLink Website Profile Settings.

c. How to Earn Entries:

  • For every minimum spend of RM50 in a single transaction at the Presto Direct Store (via Presto App or webstore), the Member will earn one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries a Member may accumulate during the Campaign Period, subject to qualifying transactions.
  • Entries are only awarded for successful and confirmed purchase transactions where the order status has been updated to “Received”. Cancelled, refunded, voided, or unsuccessful transactions will not qualify for entries.
  • Lucky Draw entries are determined based on the final confirmed basket value. In the event that a basket value falls below the qualifying threshold of RM50 due to Presto or seller operational issues (e.g. item out of stock, fulfilment failure), the customer’s Lucky Draw entry eligibility shall be retained. However, if the basket value falls below RM50 due to a voluntary reduction by the customer (e.g. removing items by choice), the Lucky Draw entry will not be awarded.
  • If a customer replaces an unavailable item with a higher value product and the final basket value meets or exceeds RM50, the Lucky Draw entry eligibility shall be retained and entries will be calculated based on the final successful paid basket value.

d. Eligible Transaction Types:

  • Purchases made exclusively through the Presto Direct Store via the Presto App (mobile) or Presto webstore.
  • Transactions from third-party stores, other platforms, or offline purchases will not qualify.

a.      The Lucky Draw will be conducted after the Campaign Period ends on 31 December 2026. Winners will be selected via a computerized random selection system based on eligible entries. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign (including the selection of winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries or correspondence in relation to this Campaign will be entertained.

b.     Winner selection and announcement will be completed within forty-five (45) working days after the end of the Campaign Period.

c.      Winners for all Prizes will be contacted by the Organiser directly. The shortlisted Member will be required to complete identity and account verification procedures to the satisfaction of the Organiser before being eligible to receive the Prize.

d.     If any answer to any verification question is incorrect, the Member will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw and another winner will be selected.

e.      A shortlisted winner will be contacted by the Organiser via a phone call (“Phone Call”). Should the first attempt to contact a shortlisted winner via Phone Call fail (i.e. no answer, telephone number not in service or no connection), the Organiser will attempt to contact the shortlisted winner again at least two (2) more times on the same or next working day. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner, and the same process will be repeated until a new winner is determined.

f.      Members are entitled to win only one (1) Prize for this Campaign. 

g.     A person is ineligible to enter and/or win the Lucky Draw if he/she is an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Presto Technology Sdn. Bhd., BonusKad Loyalty Sdn. Bhd. (BonusLink), or any affiliated agency associated with this Campaign.

h.     BonusLink Points awarded under this Campaign are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

i.       Any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from the acceptance or usage of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.

j.       By participating in this Campaign, winners agree that the Organiser may use their name, likeness, photographs, and/or city of residence for publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.



a.      The Organiser reserves the right to withhold, suspend, invalidate, or delay Lucky Draw entries, winner verification, or prize fulfilment pending investigation of any transaction deemed suspicious, irregular, potentially fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the Campaign mechanics.

b.     The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Members suspected of creating multiple accounts, using fraudulent identities, engaging in reseller activities, or otherwise abusing the Campaign mechanics. 

a.      The participant agrees and acknowledges that in participating in the Campaign, the Organiser shall process the data of the participant including but not limited to: Name, E-mail, Contact Number, Presto ID, and BonusLink Member ID (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data”).

c.     All Personal Data submitted by the participant shall be processed and kept in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 

d.     The participant agrees that the Organiser may disclose and transfer Personal Data to BonusKad Loyalty Sdn. Bhd., service providers, agents, contractors, professional advisers, and other third parties involved in the administration and fulfilment of this Campaign, subject to applicable laws and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 

General Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Campaign Terms and Conditions, including these General Terms (collectively, the “T&C”), shall govern the Campaign.

1.2 The Campaign will be held during the Campaign Period. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone, reschedule, suspend, terminate, or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.

1.3 The Participant must adhere to the Campaign Mechanism as may be communicated to the Participant by the Organiser by any means (including these T&C) from time to time during the Campaign Period.

1.4 The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to amend, vary, delete, suspend, terminate, or add to these T&C and any rules and regulations in relation to the Campaign at its absolute discretion.

1.5 The Organiser may terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time at its absolute discretion, in which case the Organiser may elect not to award any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, or Benefit. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participant. If the Campaign is resumed, the Participant shall abide by the Organiser’s decision regarding the resumption of the Campaign and disposition of any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, or Benefit.

2.1 The Organiser reserves the right to review, investigate, verify, withhold, suspend, invalidate, delay, reject, or cancel any transaction, participation, reward, points issuance, campaign entry, prize fulfilment, or eligibility pending investigation.

2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a Participant and/or revoke any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Points Issuance, or Benefit (at any stage of the Campaign) if:

    (a) the Participant does not meet any of the Eligibility Criteria;

    (b) the Participant breaches any provision of these T&C, Campaign rules and regulations, or any applicable laws or regulations;

    (c) in the Organiser’s sole determination, the Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Campaign by fraud, cheating, deception, dishonesty, misrepresentation, or illegal activity;

    (d) the Participant has abused any Campaign benefit, privilege, entitlement, or Campaign mechanic;

    (e) the Participant has attempted to exploit the Campaign through multiple accounts, transaction manipulation, artificial transaction splitting, reseller activity, fraudulent identities, or any conduct deemed unfair or inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign; or

    (f) any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Points Issuance, or Benefit has been awarded in error.

2.3 In the event of a disqualification after a Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Points Issuance, or Benefit has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke, cancel, recover, or demand the return of such Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Points Issuance, Benefit, or its equivalent value from the disqualified Participant.

2.4 Whilst the Organiser will endeavour to conduct necessary verifications on the eligibility of Participants, failure to disqualify any ineligible Participant shall not be deemed a breach by the Organiser nor constitute a waiver of any rights.

3.1 The Organiser and/or its affiliates reserve the right to send campaign-related communications, service notifications, winner notifications, promotional messages, or marketing communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp Instant Messaging (IM), telephone, push notification, or other communication channels.

3.2 If a Participant does not wish to receive such communications, the Participant may inform the Organiser and opt out from future marketing communications. Such opt-out shall not affect communications required for Campaign administration.

4.1 These T&C shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

5.1 The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Campaign shall be at the Participant’s own risk.

5.2 The Organiser and its affiliates, business partners, service providers, and agencies shall not be responsible or liable for:

    (a) any delay and/or failure in receiving, recording, processing, or transmitting a Campaign entry, transaction, reward, points issuance, prize fulfilment, or participation as a result of any network, communication, ISP, API, server, platform, internet, or system error, interruption, disruption, downtime, or failure;

    (b) any problem, loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, or inconvenience suffered by the Participant or any third party arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Campaign;

    (c) any error (including notification errors), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to Campaign records, entries, transactions, rewards, prizes, or points;

    (d) any technical interruptions, system downtime, API failures, internet disruptions, communication failures, viruses, bugs, or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control; or

    (e) any acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to correct any clerical, administrative, calculation, processing, technical, system, or human error relating to the Campaign, including the adjustment, reversal, cancellation, or recovery of any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Benefit, or Points Issuance issued in error.

6.1 The Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Organiser and its affiliates, business partners, agencies, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, costs, losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of any Reward, Prize, Campaign Entry, Benefit, or Points Issuance.

6.2 The Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its affiliates, business partners, and agencies from and against all liabilities, costs, losses, damages, claims, or expenses suffered as a result of the Participant’s breach of these T&C and/or the rules and regulations of the Campaign.

7.1 The Participant agrees and acknowledges that in participating in the Campaign, the Organiser shall process the Participant’s Personal Data including but not limited to:

    (a) Name;

    (b) E-mail Address;

    (c) Contact Number;

    (d) Presto Member ID; and/or

    (e) BonusLink Member ID,

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data”).

7.2 The Participant may access, amend, or vary his/her Personal Data by contacting the Organiser through the contact details specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

7.3 All Personal Data submitted by the Participant shall be processed and maintained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any applicable data protection laws.

7.4 The Participant acknowledges that the Organiser may disclose the Participant’s Personal Data to the Organiser’s affiliates, service providers, agents, contractors, professional advisers, third-party data processors, BonusKad Loyalty Sdn. Bhd., business partners, merchandise partners, and other parties involved in the administration, fulfilment, operation, marketing, or promotion of the Campaign.

7.5 The Participant agrees that the Participant’s Personal Data may be used for campaign administration, reward fulfilment, customer support, verification purposes, marketing activities, promotional activities, and related services in accordance with applicable laws.
